How your payout is calculated

We believe in full transparency. Here's exactly what gets deducted from every ticket you sell, so there are no surprises on payout day.

Take-home calculator
You set the ticket price and the fees are deducted from your payout. The buyer pays exactly the ticket price.

Platform fee — 0.5%

This is the only fee EventPalm charges. It keeps the platform running and funds ongoing development of features like QR check-in, TikTok ad tracking, and deposit reservations.

Free events (priced at £0) incur no platform fee at all.

Stripe processing — 1.5% + £0.20

This fee goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor. It is not retained by EventPalm. It covers secure card processing, fraud protection, and PCI compliance.

International cards may incur an additional 2.5% surcharge from Stripe.

Absorb fees

Fees are deducted from your ticket revenue. The buyer's price stays clean and round. You receive the ticket price minus all fees.

Pass fees to buyer

Fees are added on top of your ticket price at checkout. The buyer covers the full cost and you receive the entire ticket price you set.
