EventTickets respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request that your personal data and account information be deleted from the EventTickets platform. By following the steps below, you can exercise your right to erasure under applicable data protection laws.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

1Sign in to your EventTickets account using the email address associated with your account.
2Open the Host Dashboard from the navigation menu.
3Scroll to the Account Management section at the bottom of the dashboard.
4Select Delete Account and confirm the prompt. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
5Alternatively, email service@projah.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it on your behalf.

Data That Is Deleted

Your EventTickets user account and profile information.
All events you have created as a host, including event details, descriptions, and uploaded images.
Ticket types, ticket records, and guest lists associated with your events.
Invitation cards, event programs, program reminders, and event documents you created.
Vendor information and seating charts linked to your events.
Check-in records and ticket purchase references for events you hosted.

Data That May Be Retained

Limited transaction records retained for legal, tax, and accounting compliance for up to 7 years from the date of the transaction.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
Records required to resolve disputes, fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Backups retained in our secure storage for up to 30 days before permanent removal.

Processing Time

Once you submit a deletion request, EventTickets will process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed. If you submitted your request via email and do not receive a response within 7 days, please follow up at service@projah.com.
